•	From WEST take 90 East - From EAST take 90 WEST
•	From Interstate 90 take Utica Exit 31
•	Follow signs for 12 South.
•	Take the Burrstone Road Exit.
•	At the off ramp, turn left onto Burrstone Road.
•	Continue on Burrstone Road through intersection (Friendly's, Utica College, Fastrac Station on corners).
•	Slocum-Dickson Medical Group will be on the left-hand side of Burrstone Road, 100 yards beyond intersection (look for the sign).

•	Cross the Mohawk River
•	Turn Left on to Perimeter Road (B52 on right)
•	Turn left to enter the Mohawk Glen
