The physician's time is scheduled by their office personnel. To make an appointment, please call the telephone number of the specific physician with whom you would like an appointment. Phone numbers are available in our staff directory.

Every effort will be made to schedule your visit promptly. When your physician indicates that he/she wishes you to return at a later date for an additional examination or further treatment, please make arrangements for a definite time with his/her office personnel.

If you find it necessary to cancel your visit, please try to cancel with at least 24-hours notice. This will enable us to reschedule this portion of the physician's time for another patient.
