Our mission is to support the delivery of patient care through the provision of exceptional laboratory services which facilitate and augment physician integration efforts.

The Slocum-Dickson Medical Group Laboratory provides a full range of pathology clinical services. The laboratory provides a broad range of specialized tests to support the needs of primary care physicians and specialists. The laboratory accepts patients from a wide variety of referral sources, including physicians from outside of Slocum- Dickson Medical Group. The laboratory is licensed by the New York State Department of Health and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Our laboratory director is a board certified pathologist who is readily available for professional consultation on test selection, order clarification and results interpretation. Our staff of approximately 30 technologists, technicians and laboratory support staff performs more than 320,000 tests annually.

The laboratory hours coincide with the hours of Urgent Care and Radiology.
