Professional Photos

Please schedule an appointment with our photographer months in advance of your start date (or as soon as possible after accepting your offer). If you visit the area to look for housing, please schedule your photography appointment during that trip. We cannot get these photos soon enough. We do not want to hold up your advertising because we are waiting on photos. This is an important component to your marketing and advertising campaign.

A photography appointment takes approximately 15 minutes in the studio. Once the photos are taken and Marketing receives a link to view your online proofs, you’ll be able to select the photo of your choice from the online proofs. Please try to have these taken far in advance of your start date and select your favorites from the proofs in a timely manner.

HINTS:
• Stay away from busy patterns, logos, and very bright colors.
• Pretend the camera/photographer is a patient and relax and be yourself.
