I was blessed with the opportunity to attend medical school and obtain the knowledge needed to help others prevent and cure disease but most importantly reduce suffering. During my training, I realized that truly exceptional physicians are lifelong learners and the constant pursuit of knowledge is a passion of mine. As a physician, patients and families welcome you into their lives, sometimes at their most difficult moments. I believe that a physician is not simply a prescriber of medication to fight disease, but also a coach, advisor, and most importantly, a teacher. To practice medicine is a privilege afforded to me by the patients I serve and this underlying virtue is what drives me to treat each and every person I encounter as I would a member of my own family.

As an Internal Medicine and Pediatric trained physician I treat patients of all ages, specializing in the total healthcare of my patients providing continuing comprehensive health maintenance as well as disease prevention and treatment. I serve as the patient’s advocate in all health related matters and make recommendations for specialty care when appropriate.

From a young age the human body and the work of doctors and nurses, combined with the art of healing and the science of modern medicine, has always fascinated me. I dreamed of becoming a physician when I was a little boy and through hard work, dedication, and the support of my family I was able to realize that dream. My training is in combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics due to my desire to care for medically complex individuals of every age group.

Spending time with my family, public health, cooking (I used be a chef at one of the local restaurants in New Hartford), playing the drum set, baseball, football, basketball, and P-90X.

I am married to my best friend Noel Visalli and together we have 3 children: Constantino, Lucianna, and Leonardo.
