M.S. Exercise and Sport Sciences
A.A.S. Physical Therapist Assistant

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

I have always been a believer in the power of preventative medicine and the fact that a body that moves properly will keep moving. Teaching people that they can continue or get back to the things that they love to do, whether it be a sport or life in general, through physical rehab and adhering to a healthy lifestyle remains my inspiration.

Sports Medicine & Orthopedics

My previous background and work was in personal training with all demographics and strength and conditioning with athletes. All parts of my job were satisfying, but the most rewarding experiences were in preventing injury or taking someone’s pain away once they got healthier. I wished to have this experience with my work more consistently and thus moved to be a Physical Therapist Assistant.

Seeing the look on people’s faces when they complete their therapy knowing that they can now get back to the things that they love doing.
