As a mother myself, I especially enjoy talking through common parenting dilemmas such as getting your children to sleep, feeding picky eaters, troubleshooting breastfeeding problems, and generally relaxing more in what is often times a very stressful job! I treat children from birth through college age, both in well preventative care, and when they are sick.

I have always enjoyed meeting and getting to know people. In pediatrics, I find that I can make a special bond with both the parents and the children. I love reassuring new parents, guiding them through problems, and making children feel better. As a pediatrician, I love watching children grow up. It is interesting to watch their parents change over time. I am glad to be in a field with long term relationships.
