Shah Joins Internal Medicine Department of Slocum-Dickson Medical Group

Slocum-Dickson Medical Group is happy to announce that Apurva Shah, MD has joined the internal medicine department of Slocum-Dickson Medical Group.

Dr. Shah provides a full spectrum of primary care services for patients as an Internist. By choosing to go into medicine it allows him “to leave a positive impact on society and help out the community,” said Dr. Shah. Before joining Slocum-Dickson Medical Group, Dr. Shah completed an Internal Medicine Residency Program at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital in Pontiac, MI, where he was Chief Resident. He obtained his medical degree from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine in Antigua and Barbuda. He is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Medical Society, and the Society of Hospital Medicine.
