Slocum-Dickson Medical Group Relocates Laboratory
Slocum-Dickson Medical Group (SDMG) is happy to announce the modernization and relocation of the main laboratory at the Burrstone Road Campus.
Effective August 12, 2024, the laboratory will be conveniently located on the lower level, just beyond the CT department. This new location will provide patients with a modern and spacious environment and allows SDMG to offer a dedicated infant draw station, enhancing comfort and privacy for infants and their families. Additionally, the laboratory will be easily accessible through an exterior entrance on the west end of the back of the building, making it convenient for patients to access.
The laboratory continues to provide a full range of pathology clinical services and a broad range of specialized tests to support the needs of primary and specialty care physicians. Hours of operation for the Burrstone Road Campus Laboratory are Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 8:00 pm and Saturday – Sunday 9:00 am- 6:00 pm. Parking for the new location has not changed, patients are welcome to continue parking in the “Patient Parking” area located in the back of the Burrstone Road Campus.
The Slocum-Dickson Medical Group laboratory accepts patients from various referral sources, including physicians outside of the group. For additional information regarding laboratory services, please visit sdmg.com/laboratory.
