Slocum-Dickson Medical Group has named Diane Fuller Employee of the Quarter for the 4th Quarter of 2018
Slocum-Dickson Medical Group has named Diane Fuller Employee of the Quarter for the 4th Quarter of 2018. Diane joined Slocum-Dickson in June of 2012 as a Certified Coder in the Data Collections Department. Diane earned her Associates Degree in Accounting from City College of Chicago. She later went on to become a Certified Professional Coder by the American Academy of Professional Coders. Diane has over 20 years of experience as a coder. She always challenges herself to expand her knowledge of coding guidelines including those for more difficult specialties in order to meet the needs of the department. She is willing to help out whenever needed and acts as a lead for training new employees. She is a skilled trainer with a knack for reinforcing new employees’ strengths and assisting them in overcoming challenges. Denise Barr, Director of Health Information Services, notes “Diane works very well with our providers, staff and her supervisors and displays excellent customer service skills. She always maintains a professional attitude.”
