Aamer Mirza, MD is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. He completed his Internship and Residency training at Bridgeport Hospital, Bridgeport, CT and his Gastroenterology Fellowship at SUNY at Buffalo, NY. Dr. Mirza received his medical degree at Rawalpindi Medical College in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

Muhammad Nauman Jhandier, MD is Board Certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Jhandier completed his Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY and his Gastroenterology Fellowship at the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago, IL. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in Bronx, NY and earned his Medical Degree at King Edward Medical College in Pakistan. He previously served as Assistant Professor of Medicine and Director of Therapeutic Endoscopy at Albany Medical Center.

Gastroenterology Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants

Working in collaboration with Dr. Mirza:

Carolyn McMahon, NP earned her Master’s Degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner program and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the State University of New York Institute of Technology. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Carolyn is a member of the National Honor Society of Nurses and the Nurse Practitioner Association.

Sailasri Reddy, RPA-C is Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York and her Master of Science Degree in Chemistry at Hyderabad Central University in India. Sailasri completed her Bachelor of Science, Biology and Chemistry Degree at Osmania University in India. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support and Infection Control. She is a member of the New York State Society of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
